Fantasy Lizard foetus farmer

This is a Concept project intially for a skyrim Mod of Argonians, I have adpated it from there to come up with a more fantasitical version of a lizard man farming. I imagined that he could literally farm his own children and take care of the plants untill they were born. They are sort of born from the plants. Possibly the female gender of the lizard people are the plants themselves and the males are sentient homonids, or something along those lines.
